The perspective that it implies is that you already have wealth within you. Energy is neither created nor destroyed – it only changes forms. Isn’t that an old scientific axiom?

So the first thing is to understand and recognize the wealth that you already have within you.

Understanding your life story, the patterns that recur in your life and in your thinking can often times give you a clue to that which you are most passionate about and the kind of work you are destined to do. Anything that you’re passionate about, you’re also going to be curious about and this curiousity will drive you to acquire knowledge via your exploration. Intelligence has more to do with curiousity than any other thing.

I think Einstein mentioned something about that as well – if you need some street cred to back that concept up.

When you’re truly curious and interested in something you can lose your sense of time and everything else, exploring and engaging that curiousity. In that immersion, you learn. So the first real step in creating material abundance for yourself is identifying your passion and how you can create value for others out of that passion.

To receive, we must give. We must learn how to give. A colleague of mine from Haiti dropped this jewel on me. He said – giving is the art of receiving.

Retrieve your unique gifts and offer them to others in exchange. The more value we offer others, the more value we allow them to offer us.
